A Trey 6 Mafia outgrowth, Prophet Posse features members of that Memphis, TN, grouping -- Gangsta Hoot, Indo G, Koopsta Knicca -- along with many of their Southern and Middle west peers. Masterminds Juicy "J" and DJ Paul playact a big role in the grouping, both because of their musical comedy contributions and alike because the group is named subsequently their Seer label. Their 1998 debut, Body Parts, emphasised gory wildness and featured contributions by the Dayton Family.

Coens triumph at Critics' Choice Awards

Coens triumph at Critics' Choice Awards

The Coen Brothers latest movie 'No Country For Old Men' was the big winner at the 2008 Critics' Choice Awards in Los Angeles last night.
The film landed three awards including the coveted Best Picture award.
Joel and Ethan Coen shared the Best Director trophy while the Best Supporting Actor category went to Javier Bardem.
The awards are given out by the Broadcast Film Critics Association and have often served as a good indicator as to who may pick up Oscar nominations later this month.
Unlike the Golden Globes the awards are not covered by Writer's Guild contracts so they were not affected by the ongoing strike which has forced the cancellation of the prestigious Golden Globe Awards.
Other winners at the event included Daniel Day Lewis, who picked up Best Actor for his role in 'There Will Be Blood', and Julie Christie, who won Best Actress for 'Away From Her'.
